PML Curriculum

This course uses health coaching systems to identify and support students through positive behavioral changes to reduce pain

  • PML includes

    12 week course consists of weekly meetings, supplemental educational materials, and 1:1 email or phone check-ins to troubleshoot and stay on track with said goals. Ongoing accountability features, group discussions and weekly instructor check-ins

  • Lifestyle Sections

    Visioning, incremental goal setting, nutrition (optional: weight loss), exercise, stress-management, coping skills, pain-management plans. Mind & Body techniques are presented throughout course as relates to topics and student priorities

    Course begins with 90 minute wellness visioning 1:1 with instructor to establish individual wellness roadmap of goals
