12-week mind/body pain-care course

PSP is mind/body/spirit medicine at its finest. Neuroscience, positive psychology, behavior change, and mindfulness come together to enable a significant shift for the committed student of PSP.

This course is for the student who wants to take a holistic, and truly scientific approach for less pain. The course builds on the foundational skills taught in Empowered Movement for Pain, and goes deeper and broader, to consider the multiple factors we engage in which affect our pain levels. This course guides the student to set priorities and hone practices, ultimately leading to lower pain levels.
